Why am I not surprised Chase is 100% conflicted? Makes me even happier I took a brief trip to county jail for protesting in one of their Seattle branches back in 2019.

So if it’s a safety thing, why is Enbridge expanding Line 3 on a different route, and one crossing what little lands we’ve left to native people. Sounds more like the bottom line.

Great article spotlighting these conflicts of interest. As someone who didn't grow up in a family where Board Seats were a thing, I think Board seat conflicts are something that must not be obvious to others as well. Board Members are appointed WHY? and get paid HOW MUCH? to do WHAT? Thanks to you both for explaining more about it

Any hope forcing the banks to disclose climate risk of their investments will prevent their loans to companies like Enbridge?
