I guess by this logic "forever" chemicals are good because you know you can count on them. 🙃

I texted a friend of mine about RFK Jr.'s inverted food pyramid, and he responded simply with "I hate this administration." Ditto.

Trump doesn't care about people, unless they offer a financial benefit for him personally. The EPA cut into his donor's profits, who donate to Trump, so, it's pay for play once again. The polluters pay Trump and he delivers deregulation, and they win, we lose by dying cruel deaths by asphyxiation and cancer. Which is why he wants more white people to have more babies. He needs more humans to replace the dead ones. People outside of his personal circle are just another commodity to exploit for his personal gain.

Thanks for helping to raise awareness about this outrageous EPA decision! The EPA was created to address the public harm caused by pollution, so this decision destroys the rationale for the agency's existence.

Not to worry. Industrial pollution will blend right in with all of the smoke from the forests burning up, so why waste time keeping track of the details? And while you're at it, let's push that 51st state thing: since those Canucks can't keep those fires down, that's lumber going to waste, so if we cut down all of those trees, it will make housing cheaper and put out the fires! Oh, wait a minute, we need the forests going up in smoke to cover up all that industrial pollution.....never mind. ;>)

Hopefully, AirNow.gov continues to post ground-level ozone maps—I use them to limit outdoor exertion on high-warning days. MAGA and the New Right? They just see sunny skies.
