The Green New Deal, for the record, does not technically exist.
Republicans have blamed the Green New Deal for the war in Ukraine. They’ve blamed it for inflation and striking U.S. workers. They’ve blamed it for blackouts and for coronavirus aid delays. And now they’re blaming the Green New Deal for the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge.
