It would be impossible to overstate how much your work matters. Your work matters immensely and is saving the world, even if this particular event didn't occur. Climate journalists like yourself and Molly Taft are some of the most important people in the world. It sounds hyperbolic but it really isn't considering the stakes of climate change.
I guess my question would be, what is the plan if Democrats lose the House? How does Ro Khanna think Congress should proceed on the climate if that happens?
You have thoroughly confused me with all the check in security and I've forgotten what I was going to say - but we had a great time with your Dad, here in California. Come visit us again and bring Tommy with you, and yes you can bring your boyfriend, too. Big Love and Hugs, also from Zara, Jonathan PS VIVA AOC!!!
Keep up the great work Emily. I too had a burnout and really appreciate your forthrightness and courage in mentioning it and coming back from it. Your work matters.
Your work inspires and influences many and this will help to broaden the reach of the information and provide a much needed perspective on their behavior.
I recently had a similar (though not quite Congressional-Record-Level!) "hell-yeah" moment regarding a task I undertook; a task that was overwhelming in many ways and rewarding as well - meaning it made a positive difference in the lives of others. I'm thrilled that your excellent work is being recognized, and that your voice is penetrating the thick walls of corporate malfeasance.
And my dear Emily, there is no shame in confessing that were it not for the constant support of your - well, your support dog - you could never have accomplished what you have. Keep up the good work, Fish - and Emily, you too!!
HELL TO THE YEAH!!! You worked your butt off on that, and it showed... CONGRATULATIONS! Rock on, m'dear, ROCK ON! And don't worry, your devoted readers will still be here when you're ready to kick some more butt and take more names. <3 \m/
Do not doubt you are making a difference, Emily.
You make a difference with HEATED, and just by being yourself.
Congrats on having your work entered into the Congressional record today.
Keep up the good work.
Heated is keeping Big Oil’s feet to the fire. Nice! Keep up the good work.
Hell yeah! Big panther energy!
Way to go Emily!! so cool to see your incisive, substantive reporting brought into the Congressional conversation.

What changes will occur because of this Oversight hearing?
